Following the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, I used my knowledge of trauma to help develop the New York Disaster Counseling Coalition program that counseled first respondents.

I also have experience working with the transmission of trauma in families.  I have a special interest counseling second and third generation family members of Holocaust survivors, including Armenians.
